I placed a online order on or around Feb 5th 2018.. I didn’t receive my order until MARCH 1st and when I did receive the order it was incomplete missing 3 outfits.
I contacted Lei Lee or whoever she is to address the issues. She said they will resend the order is the next 5-7 business days or she will refund me my money., it’s been 11 days and I haven’t heard anything from her. She’s not responding to my emails or anything.
Bad bad customer service,, I need my order or my money back PERIOD. I spent almost $200 with this company.

Its been 3 weeks.. I spent $200 and havent seen a single outfit....
Nope just a email.
It seems like to me that this company is based out of China, that's why there is no phone number
Contact PayPal they will help you get your money back, that's what I did this company went through PayPal..
Tell me how to do that I went thru PayPal also did they get you a full refund
