as you can see I have been dealing with this company a few months now and have not resolved anything. All I want is for them to resend item ordered in a true size XL or refund my money and they keep giving me the run around. This is the worst company ever!!!!

Are you going to refund my money for the item that you fail to replace? Please don't tell me that you resend item to me because you resend the wrong size, therefore you have not honored sending me the correct size which I paid in full for. So you either owe me a full refund for the black pearl 2 pc (VI11410-BKXL) or resend me the correct size please.

The only reason you lost money is because you sent me the same exact size with an XL tag in it; that is not my fault that you did this, this is your error for doing so and I shouldn't have to suffer for your mistake. I am the customer and I ordered an item from you in a size XL and you sent me a medium and you resent again in a medium. I have not received the size XL so I have lost my entire amount that I have paid for the black pearl 2 pc (VI11410-BKXL) that I have not received, now is this fair? Either refund the entire amount for the black pearl 2 pc (VI11410-BKXL) because I have not received what I ordered or send me a size XL and not a size medium with an XL tag in it again. You can't pay a customer 30% on something that they paid 100% for and think that this is ok. Your error is that you sent me the same size garment with an XL tag in it and thought that this was going to be ok, but it is not and is dishonorable on all accounts. I don't care about what you system will not allow you to do, you know you have been dishonest to me as a valuable customer and should make it right. Yes you have shipped the item VI11410-BKXL to me, but it is the same exact size of previously one sent, do you not see IN the pictures I provided? If you would just send replacement garment in a larger true size XL, this conversation would be over. What is wrong with the people in your company and why you refuse to just send a larger size is ridiculous and confusing to me, unless you don't make larger sizes, is this the issue??? Why don't you address any of the concerns that I have presented to you? Does your company only make one size garments? I ordered your product and you have my money and you still have not sent me the correct size that I ordered, this is unfair. The only thing you did was put an XL tag in the same size garment and re-sent to me, now do you this this is fair? All I want is for you to send me a true size XL and I do not understand why you cannot do this unless all of your sizes are the same.

You are correct. Sending or asking for a return is often not acknowledged.

Its an overseas company and from now own if they don't have sizes like American sizes like 12, 14. 16, I will not purchase on line from anyway. I think they use didn't names or switches names of their company also.

I will never order online again unless it is legitimate and legitimate company's do as you ask them and not keep you hanging around. I am not and if my credit card does not take it off I will not pay and I will not use them again.

No, my issue as not been resolved. I have been emailing them constantly and they are not responding to me.

They should refund me my entire order because none of the items fit as described but I will be satisfied if they would refund the item that they sent the wrong size and resent it again the same exact size.
